Fusion Digital Upgrades Wegmans Corporate Conference Room with a Modern Microsoft Teams Solution
Wegmans Food Markets partnered with Fusion Digital to modernize one of their corporate meeting rooms used by department leads. The goal: create a clean, simple, and high-performing video conferencing environment for hybrid collaboration.

The Challenge
Wegmans needed to replace their outdated, in-person-only setup with a video conferencing solution that worked effortlessly for both on-site staff and remote participants. The room lacked the tools for hybrid meetings and required a seamless, easy-to-use system.
Our Solution
Fusion Digital designed and installed a streamlined Microsoft Teams solution centered around a 98” NEC commercial display. The upgrade included Logitech’s Rally Plus system with pendant-mounted microphones, intelligent camera tracking, and a touch controller for one-touch meeting launches. The setup blends clarity, control, and simplicity, without the need for a dedicated PC.
