Upgrading the District Conference Room at Spry Middle School
Webster Center School District was looking to upgrade a district meeting room at Spry Middle School by replacing aging AV infrastructure with modern, high-performance technology.


The Challenge
The client needed a more reliable and intuitive AV setup to support presentations and meetings, seeking to eliminate ongoing microphone issues and simplify how users share content.
Our Solution
Fusion Digital designed and implemented a streamlined AV system featuring AVoIP video distribution and wireless casting, all managed through a centralized 11” touch panel. Microphone performance was improved by repositioning the antenna for better in-room reception, and all legacy equipment was removed and disposed of as part of our end-to-end service approach.
