The Objective
As Mengel Metzger Barr prepared to move into their new headquarters, the firm saw an opportunity to modernize their collaboration environment. Rather than focusing on a single meeting space, the goal was to implement integrated AV systems across multiple conference rooms and a high-performance training room.
The firm needed enterprise-level performance while maintaining simplicity for everyday users. Conference rooms had to support reliable video conferencing and wireless content sharing, while the training room required advanced presentation capabilities, Microsoft Teams conferencing, and clear voice reinforcement.
Fusion Digital was selected to design and deploy a solution that would support the firm’s move-in timeline while creating a consistent and intuitive collaboration experience throughout the headquarters.

The Approach
Fusion Digital engineered a high-performance training room designed to support presentations, Microsoft Teams conferencing, and clear voice reinforcement. The system allows both in-person and remote participants to engage fully during meetings and training sessions.
To deliver strong visual clarity throughout the training room, Fusion Digital installed dual 98” Samsung commercial 4K displays. These large-format displays ensure that presentation content remains clearly visible for both local attendees and remote participants.
Sony 4K auto-tracking PTZ cameras were installed with preset automation, allowing presenters to remain naturally framed during presentations. The system enables smooth transitions between presenter views and audience perspectives during meetings and training sessions.
Clear communication was achieved through Shure MXA920 beamforming ceiling microphones and wireless QLXD microphone systems. Audio processing is powered by a Biamp TesiraFORTE DSP platform, delivering balanced sound reinforcement across the entire training room.
An Extron DTP CrossPoint 4K matrix switcher was implemented to provide seamless switching between podium PC inputs, laptops, wireless sharing, and Microsoft Teams conferencing. This flexibility ensures the space can support a wide range of presentation scenarios.
To create a consistent user experience throughout the headquarters, Fusion Digital standardized conferencing technology across meeting spaces. The large conference room features a Logitech Rally Bar Room Kit paired with an 85” Samsung commercial display, while five additional conference rooms were equipped with Logitech Rally Bar Mini systems and Samsung commercial displays. Each space includes Logitech TAP touch controllers and room scheduling panels, making it easy for staff to reserve rooms and start meetings quickly.
Fusion Digital installed the necessary AV cabling infrastructure to support both the training room and conference room systems. A custom-built AV rack was also constructed to centralize equipment for the training room, ensuring clean integration and long-term serviceability.
Fusion Digital partnered closely with Design Space Studios, an independent interior design studio known for creating thoughtful, brand-focused workspaces. Their team led the interior design and furniture planning, while Fusion Digital ensured the AV technology integrated seamlessly into each environment. The collaboration allowed technology, layout, and design to complement one another throughout the new headquarters.
The Results Driven Solution
Fusion Digital delivered a headquarters-wide AV ecosystem that balances enterprise-level performance with ease of use. The training room serves as the technological centerpiece, featuring dual 98” Samsung displays for high-impact visuals, Sony auto-tracking cameras that keep presenters naturally framed, and Shure beamforming microphones powered by a Biamp Tesira DSP platform for clear and balanced audio. Whether hosting internal training sessions or connecting with remote participants through Microsoft Teams, the space supports confident, professional communication.
Across the rest of the headquarters, conference rooms were standardized with Logitech Teams-certified systems, TAP touch controllers, and room scheduling panels to create a consistent meeting experience throughout the office. Fusion Digital also installed the necessary AV cabling infrastructure and built a custom equipment rack to support long-term performance. Working alongside Design Space Studios, Fusion ensured the technology integrated seamlessly into the overall interior design, resulting in a polished workspace that enhances collaboration while reflecting the professional standard of Mengel Metzger Barr.
