The Objective
The primary objective of the project was to seamlessly integrate AV technology into the newly expanded Community Center. Specific goals included custom installation of numerous displays throughout the facility, creation of immersive environments with large direct view LED video walls, deployment of digital signage solutions for effective communication, design of an intuitive user interface for ease of use by staff, integration of a centralized control system for managing multiple displays, implementation of an AI camera system for interactive exercise classes, and a custom rack build to ensure optimal performance and accessibility of AV equipment.

The Approach
Fusion Digital strategically installed large direct-view LED video walls, creating dynamic and immersive visual experiences in key areas like the spin cycle and studio spaces. These installations elevate both fitness classes and community gatherings, fostering an engaging environment for all visitors.
To ensure continuous communication, we deployed digital signage throughout the facility. This allows the Greece Community Center to keep visitors informed, displaying announcements, promotional content, and program information in a clear, accessible manner.
We designed an intuitive control interface, allowing Community Center staff to easily operate the AV systems regardless of their technical expertise. This simplifies day-to-day operations and enhances the overall functionality of the facility.
A centralized control system was implemented to manage multiple displays and media sources throughout the center. This system ensures a cohesive experience for all visitors, allowing staff to control the entire AV setup with ease.
To enhance interactive exercise classes, Fusion Digital installed AI cameras that enable participants to follow along with instructors as though receiving one-on-one attention. This technology creates a more engaging and effective workout experience.
