Our story began with a vision from our founder, Phil Ferranti Jr., who, with 40 years of experience in the technology industry, established Fusion Digital in 2003. His genuine desire to help customers succeed paved the way for our evolution. What started as an IT-focused company soon expanded into Audio-Visual solutions, marking us as one of the pioneers in merging IT with AV to offer a unified solution.

In 2021, the next chapter of our story began as Phil’s daughters, Alyse and Taylor Ferranti, stepped into leadership, bringing with them a renewed energy and deep commitment to the company’s legacy. Alyse, who joined the business in 2013, and Taylor, who came on board full-time in 2021, now serve as Co-Presidents—guiding Fusion Digital into a new era while honoring the core values their father instilled.

Fusion Digital is a family-owned, women-owned business in Western NY that specializes in providing Information Technology and Audio-Visual solutions to businesses with a heavy focus on value, integrity, collaboration, and relationship building.
