Locations: Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY, Syracuse, NY

Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads and manage and grow existing accounts
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution development → close
  • Consistently achieve profit-based sales targets provided by management
  • Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across IT services and AV solutions
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
  • Create quotes, and implement the company’s pricing structure, promotions, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to develop accurate scopes, proposals, and pricing
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide reliable forecasting
  • Ensure smooth handoff to project teams and support overall client success
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers in an effective and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales related experience in a Technology, IT or AV related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent persuasion and relationship building skills
  • Service orientated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives independently
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to travel across the region and state
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
