Fusion Digital is proud to celebrate a major milestone for one of our own. Taylor Ferranti, Co-President of Fusion Digital, has been named a 2025 Forty Under 40 honoree by the Rochester Business Journal—a recognition reserved for the region’s most driven, community-focused young leaders.

Since 1994, this award has highlighted 1,200 exceptional professionals across Rochester, honoring those who excel in their careers while making meaningful contributions to the community. Taylor’s inclusion in this year’s class is a testament to her leadership, her commitment to innovation in the IT and AV industry, and her dedication to empowering the people and clients around her.

As part of the 2025 Forty Under 40 Magazine, Taylor shared insights into her professional journey and what drives her success:

What do you consider your most significant professional accomplishment to be?
One of my most significant professional accomplishments was standing in front of a room full of hundreds of people (primarily men) in a male-dominated industry and confidently participating in a high-profile panel discussion on AI. As the only woman on a panel with two other men, I spoke about where AI is headed, how we are implementing it within our organization, the steps we are taking to protect both our company and our customers from its risks, and the strategies necessary to ensure long-term success.

What is the key to your success?
The key to my success has been staying rooted in purpose and leading with authenticity and clarity, especially through transition. I spent years in corporate HR, where I learned how to drive accountability, lead through complexity, and navigate challenges, with people at the center. That foundation prepared me to step into a completely different world, running a family-owned IT and AV business. The transition taught me that success doesn’t come from knowing everything, it comes from being willing to learn, that’s what continues to drive me today.
