1. What does it mean to you to be a leading woman-owned company in the Greater Rochester Community?
"Being a leading woman-owned company in the Greater Rochester Community's technology industry means championing diversity, innovation, and empowerment while breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field. As co-presidents, we balance strengths and perspectives, fostering collaboration, sound decision-making, and opportunities for others to thrive. It’s about setting an example for other women entrepreneurs, demonstrating that success comes from hard work, teamwork, and a shared vision. Contributing to the local economy by creating jobs and supporting other businesses is central to our mission, as we also work to pave the way for future generations of women leaders."
2. What is an exciting accomplishment your company has achieved in the past year?
"An exciting accomplishment this past year was Fusion Digital's expansion in three key areas: people, place, and process. We strengthened our team by bringing on new employees and grew our customer base, increasing both our reach and capacity. We also moved into a custom-designed office space, complete with a warehouse and a state-of-the-art technology demo room, enhancing our operational capabilities. To further streamline our processes, we invested in a new CRM platform, improving efficiency and customer relationship management. These investments have positioned us for continued growth and success in the technology industry as well as the Greater Rochester community."
